Cash Back/Credit/Rebate (collectively, Rebates) Disclaimer

The Rebate must be disclosed on the HUD-1 or other official closing document at the time of closing.  Cash Back/Rebate offer does not apply to properties sold by auction.  Void where prohibited by law or lender.  Rebate not available in Oregon.

Rebates are available only to customers who use RealtyPal participating real estate Partner Agents to buy real estateproperties. Customers must have been referred to the participating real estate Partner Agent by RealtyPal to be eligible to receive the rebate.

This offer is only available where offered by RealtyPal and is void in states and regions where rebates are prohibited by law or lender.  RealtyPal reserves the right to choose the method of rebate to be paid; whether it is paid through escrow, a discount on real estate purchase price, a check from RealtyPal, a credit to buyer/seller at closing, or applied towards the closing cost.  Certain states require that cash rebates are given as either a credit at closing or as a reduction of the participating Real Estate Agent’s commission.  Laws in individual states or regions will govern the feasibility of the rebate/client's credit and the method in which it can be paid.

The rebate is subject to RealtyPal’s or RealtyPal's participating real estate Partner Agent's minimum buy-side or sell-side commission of $2,000 and the lender’s approval. Rebate offer shall not exceed 50% of RealtyPal’s compensation or its referral fee. If RealtyPal does not receive its compensation or a referral fee from the real estate company, no Rebate will be paid.

This offer is not redeemable prior to closing and cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or other cash incentives being offered by RealtyPal. All parties to the real estate transaction must be properly notified in writing that the rebate offer is in effect. The rebate must be disclosed on the HUD-1 or other official closing document at the time of closing.

RealtyPal is not responsible for the reporting or payment of any federal or state taxes for its clients associated with the payment of the rebate. RealtyPal clients eligible to receive a rebate should discuss any possible tax obligations with a tax professional.

RealtyPal will have no liability whatsoever for any damages, injuries or losses resulting from your participation in this offer. If you have any legal or tax related questions, please consult with your attorney and your tax advisor respectively. This offer is subject to conditions, limitations, exclusions, modifications, and/or discontinuation without notice.

RealtyPal Partner Agents Disclaimer

RealtyPal tries to screen the quality and credentials of the Participating Partner Agents; however, RealtyPal does not endorse any Participating Partner Agents/Brokers and does not guarantee or warrant the services provided by real estate brokers/agents that RealtyPal refers to you. Each homebuyer/seller must independently verify the experience and quality of each real estate agent/broker that they hire. The commissions paid are subject to the agreement between the individual homebuyer/seller and the real estate broker receiving the referral and may be negotiated between the parties. 

RealtyPal, LLC is a licensed Real Estate and licensed Auction Company and may receive a real estate brokerage referral fee.
