How is RealtyPal different from other real estate companies?

RealtyPal does not have traditional real estate offices and doesn't employ real estate sales associates.  RealtyPal mainly consists of RealtyPal Consultants and Real Estate Auctioneers.  We recognize the fact that many of the best, experienced, top, full service local real estate agents and brokers exist everywhere and belong to different real estate companies, big or small.  Therefore, instead of competing for business, we partner with such top agents and brokers.  We meticulously screen and hand-select our Partner Agents for integrity, professionalism, and for providing an exceptional service to clients; we then refer our customers to work with these outstanding agents and brokers, who are the finest, experienced, local experts in the real estate industry.

Who are  RealtyPal Auctioneers?

Our Auctioneers are auction licensed, as well as real estate licensed professionals, with years of experience and great knowledge of the auction business and the real estate market.

How does RealtyPal Cash Back offer work?

* Cash Back offer does not apply to properties sold by auction.  Cash incentives are available only to customers who use RealtyPal Participating Real Estate Partner Agents. Customers must have been referred to the Participating Real Estate Partner Agent by RealtyPal to be eligible to receive the incentives. Certain states require that cash incentives are given as either a credit at closing or as a reduction of the Participating Real Estate Agent’s commission. This offer may not be available or available on modified terms in some states and regions and is void where prohibited by low.  Laws in individual states or regions will govern the feasibility of the client's credit and the method in which it can be paid.   Other restrictions may apply, contact RealtyPal for details on this offer.

How it works for the Home Buyers:
RealtyPal and our participating Partner Agents are absolutely dedicated to bringing you the best possible customer service. If you are not satisfied with your RealtyPal Partner Agent's services, we ask you that you contact RealtyPal and give us and your RealtyPal Partner Agent the opportunity to resolve any issues. If you remain dissatisfied after we and your RealtyPal Partner Agent have tried to resolve your issues, and if you do not yet have a contract for the property, RealtyPal will refer you to another participating RealtyPal Partner Agent. 

To be eligible for this Customer Satisfaction Guarantee, you must provide a written notice to RealtyPal, stating the reason and explanation for your complaint. Please note that it is important that RealtyPal makes the initial contact with your prospective RealtyPal Partner Agent, who will be conducting your real estate transaction, in order for you to still receive your Cash Back* at closing.

How it works for the Home Sellers:
RealtyPal and our participating Partner Agents are absolutely dedicated to bringing you the best possible customer service. If you are not satisfied with your RealtyPal Partner Agent's services, we ask you that you contact RealtyPal and give us and your RealtyPal Partner Agent the opportunity to resolve any issues. If you remain dissatisfied after we and your RealtyPal Partner Agent have tried to resolve your issues, and if you have not yet accepted an offer on your property, you can terminate the listing contract, subject to the existing termination provisions of the listing contract, and RealtyPal will refer you to another participating RealtyPal Partner Agent.

A carryover listing protection period, however, may apply, according to your listing agreement, so that buyers introduced to the property by your listing agent's marketing efforts will still obligate the seller to a commission should they purchase the property within the listing protection period.

To be eligible for this Customer Satisfaction Guarantee, you must provide a written notice to RealtyPal, stating the reason and explanation for your complaint. Please note that it is important that RealtyPal makes the initial contact with your prospective RealtyPal Partner Agent, who will be conducting your real estate transaction.
