How it works for the Home Buyers:
RealtyPal and our participating Partner Agents are absolutely dedicated
to bringing you the best possible customer service. If you are not
satisfied with your RealtyPal Partner Agent's services, we ask you that
you contact RealtyPal and give us and your RealtyPal Partner Agent the
opportunity to resolve any issues. If you remain dissatisfied after we
and your RealtyPal Partner Agent have tried to resolve your issues, and
if you do not yet have a contract for the property, RealtyPal will
refer you to another participating RealtyPal Partner Agent.
To be eligible for this Customer Satisfaction Guarantee, you must provide a written notice to RealtyPal, stating the reason and explanation for your complaint. Please note that it is important that RealtyPal makes the initial contact with your prospective RealtyPal Partner Agent, who will be conducting your real estate transaction, in order for you to still receive your Cash Back* at closing.
How it works for the Home Sellers:
RealtyPal and our participating Partner Agents are absolutely
dedicated to bringing you the best possible customer service. If you are
not satisfied with your RealtyPal Partner Agent's services, we ask you
that you contact RealtyPal and give us and your RealtyPal Partner Agent
the opportunity to resolve any issues. If you remain dissatisfied after
we and your RealtyPal Partner Agent have tried to resolve your issues,
and if you have not yet accepted an offer on your property, you can
terminate the listing contract, subject to the existing termination
provisions of the listing contract, and RealtyPal will refer you to another participating
RealtyPal Partner Agent.
A carryover listing protection period, however, may apply, according to your listing agreement, so that buyers introduced to the property by your listing agent's marketing efforts will still obligate the seller to a commission should they purchase the property within the listing protection period.
To be eligible for this Customer Satisfaction Guarantee, you must provide a written notice to RealtyPal, stating the reason and explanation for your complaint. Please note that it is important that RealtyPal makes the initial contact with your prospective RealtyPal Partner Agent, who will be conducting your real estate transaction.
