Are you an experienced real estate agent, dedicated to outstanding customer service? Do you have what it takes to be a RealtyPal Partner Agent? If you are accepted as one of our RealtyPal Partner Agents, we will send you high quality referrals and connect you with potential clients. You will be helping home buyers and home sellers who visit our website buy or sell homes.
A Referral Fee Paid at Closing
Our Partner Agents don't pay for "leads". Instead, you only pay us a 30% referral fee when the client/buyers we refer to you works with you and completes a transaction. Pay a referral fee at closing of escrow. There is no up-front cost or any other fees. We only make money when you make money. Half of our referral fee (15%) goes back to the client in the form of a credit* to closing cost.
Participating in the RealtyPal Partner Agent Program does not obligate you in any way to offer a commission refund to your clients you work with outside of RealtyPal.
Real Estate Auction Option
Do you want to expand your real estate business and offer Auction marketing and accelerated sale program to your clients? We offer RealtyPal Agent Partners our Sale-By-Auction Option – our exclusive, accelerated marketing and sale program. For those RealtyPal Agent Partners, who would like to incorporate real estate Auction method into their real estate business, RealtyPal will educate and assist them with the Auction Option Program every step of the way.

RealtyPal Partner Agent Requirements
- Real Estate License: You must be a licensed real estate agent or broker.
- Experience:
1) You must be an experienced real estate agent/broker and have completed 15 or more transactions, with at least 5 transactions in the last year or
2) You must have referred, participated and completed a Sale-By-Auction transaction with RealtyPal and only upon RealtyPal's approval. - Real Estate Knowledge: You must be knowledgeable about the real estate industry and your local real estate market.
- Customer Service: You must be dedicated to providing an outstanding customer service.

You don’t change your current Real Estate Agency Affiliation. RealtyPal partners with the best, experienced, top local real estate agents from different real estate brokerage companies.
